Job summary

Moog is seeking an Inventory Planning & Control Manager to govern inventory policy across the Commercial Materials network and drive alignment with IBP processes. The role requires building targets, safety stock, and control settings while ensuring on-time delivery and optimized cash flow.

Responsibilities include representing inventory in IBP, driving near-term material availability via ITPl, and producing executive dashboards on turns, days of supply, and fill rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline required.
• 7+ years of experience in inventory analysis, financial analysis, or statistical/data reporting.
• ERP and MRP systems experience; SAP preferred; SAP S/4HANA and Kinaxis a plus.
• Ability to analyze variances and perform root cause analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own governance and control of inventory policy across the Commercial Materials network.
• Develop and maintain inventory targets, policies, and controls including safety stock and min/max settings.
• Represent inventory in IBP process with projections and risk assessments.
• Drive near-term material availability through ITPl and align with strategic plans.
• Monitor inventory KPIs and provide actionable leadership reports.
