KnitWell Group, a collection of iconic fashion brands, seeks an Inventory Planning Analyst to optimize inventory by channel, store, and size. You will develop allocation strategies aligned with merchant plans and collaborate across Merchandising, Location Planning, and Stores to maximize sales and margin.

The role requires 1–3 years of analytics experience, a business-focused degree, and strong data skills with tools like JDA, Oracle, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, statistics, operations, engineering, supply chain, or fashion.
• 1-3 years of allocation and business analytics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze location-level strategies to drive sales, margin, and inventory productivity.
• Manage inventory for replenishment programs and model stock with sales/receipt plans.
• Lead review of allocation strategies for each floor set.
• Provide size analysis and recommendations for future buys and allocations.
• Collaborate with Merchandising to formulate future business strategies.
• Publish hindsight information for each cycle and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Provide analytics to internal partners for Home Office and field use.
