This leadership role oversees demand forecasting, inventory control, purchasing, and production planning to drive operational performance.

You will collaborate with company leadership to improve planning processes, lead a team, and coordinate cross-functional activities to optimize supply chain effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing supply chain planning and scheduling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

This is a key leadership position with responsibility for coordinating purchasing, inventory management, demand forecasting and production planning.

Requirements

• Strong experience in supply chain, materials management or operations planning within manufacturing

• Solid understanding of ERP/MRP systems
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups
• Previous experience supervising or leading a team
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across departments
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field preferred

Compensation

Compensation: $120K–$140K plus discretionary bonus and excellent benefits.

This is an onsite position near Nashua, NH with some flexibility as needed.
