Job summary

Accredited Labs is seeking an experienced Inventory Control & Materials Coordinator (ETI) to support manufacturing operations by maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring timely availability of materials required for production. This role requires handling ERP/MRP transactions, cycle counting, material issuance, and discrepancy resolution to keep production on track.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in inventory control or materials coordination within a manufacturing setting, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of inventory control, materials coordination, warehouse, or stockroom experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience utilizing ERP, MRP, or inventory management systems.
• Working knowledge of cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and physical inventory processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business software applications.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP/MRP transactions, including receipts, transfers, issues, returns, and inventory adjustments.
• Coordinate material picking, kitting, staging, and issuance to support production schedules and work orders.
• Conduct cycle counts, assist with physical inventories, and investigate inventory variances.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages, discrepancies, and material-related concerns to appropriate stakeholders.
• Support traceability, nonconforming material processes, and inventory audit requirements.
• Maintain organized and secure inventory storage areas in accordance with company standards and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Quality teams to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
