Job summary

Accredited Labs is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate records and coordinate material flow to align with production schedules. This role supports cycle counts, inventory audits, and loss prevention while working closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse and Quality teams.

Candidates should have at least two years in inventory control within manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP/MRP systems to ensure accurate data and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years' experience in inventory control or warehouse roles.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general business software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP/MRP transactions, including receipts, transfers, issues, returns, and inventory adjustments.
• Coordinate material picking, kitting, staging, and issuance to support production schedules and work orders.
• Conduct cycle counts, assist with physical inventories, and investigate inventory variances.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages, discrepancies, and material-related concerns to appropriate stakeholders.
• Support traceability, nonconforming material processes, and inventory audit requirements.
• Maintain organized and secure inventory storage areas in accordance with company standards and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Quality teams to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
