Job summary

Helprise is seeking an Inventory Finance Analyst to provide financial insights that support inventory management and working capital performance. You will work with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, and Procurement to identify risks, opportunities, and drive improvements.

You will develop inventory forecasts, prepare monthly reports, and present KPIs to guide planning and reporting processes, while optimizing stock levels and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or closely related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Cost Accounting, Inventory Finance, or Supply Chain Finance.
• Strong analytical skills and financial modeling experience.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization with Power BI or Tableau.
• ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, or JDE.
• Knowledge of inventory management and working capital.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels, turns, DIO, and obsolete stock.
• Analyze inventory movements and key financial drivers.
• Prepare monthly reporting, variance analysis, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Develop inventory forecasts and support planning processes.
• Identify opportunities to optimize inventory and working capital.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, and Procurement.
• Support reconciliations, balance sheet reviews, and controls.
• Translate data into actionable business insights.
