Job summary

KLS Martin Lp in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Inventory Analyst to analyze and optimize companywide inventory, monitor aging and obsolescence, and provide actionable insights to improve accuracy, availability, and cost efficiency.

You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Purchasing, and Regulatory, using SAP and Power BI to develop reports and KPIs that drive better planning, reduce excess investment, and strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum five years of inventory analysis, supply chain analytics, or related experience.
• Advanced Excel, including PivotTables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Experience with SAP and Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory levels, utilization, sales, and usage across locations.
• Monitor aging, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory and suggest actions.
• Develop and maintain inventory reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Purchasing, and Regulatory teams.
