Job summary

Houston Methodist is seeking a Sr. Supply Technician to manage inventory, receive, store, and distribute supplies and equipment across the hospital campus and central distribution center.

You will assist with customer inquiries, perform transactions in hospital systems, and ensure proper inventory control, including rental gear, expiration checks, and maintaining clean and organized clinical areas. This role requires independent working and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of experience in a customer service role or Healthcare, Supply Chain or Materials Management.
• Excellent communication and patient-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and stocks supplies and equipment to assigned units as needed.
• Receives, picks, stages and delivers supplies and equipment per schedule; ensures inventory system reflects actions.
• Responds to supply and equipment requests and inquiries; maintains inventory control and order accuracy.
• Supports department in maintaining clean, organized clinical areas and safe operations.
