Job summary

Houston Methodist is seeking a Distribution Tech to accurately fill supply orders for our network hospitals, offsite centers, and corporate departments. You will support the HM Distribution Center with routine packing, shipment preparation, and inventory control best practices.

Responsibilities include restocking items with hospital-based teams, ensuring orders are complete, palletized correctly, and delivered on schedule while maintaining safety and accuracy in a fast-paced healthcare logistics

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education
• Two years of experience working in a material handling/distribution environment
• Prior experience in a healthcare product distribution or related industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Fill supply orders accurately for Houston Methodist's network hospitals, offsite centers and corporate departments.
• Package and ship orders per designated MSRs, ensuring proper palletization and labeling.
• Support Par Replenishment Teams for low unit of measure (LUM) replenishment and restocking of clinical care areas.
• Maintain inventory control and participate in cycle counts and physical inventories as required.
