Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Associate to maintain orderly medical supply stock locations, deliver shipments and equipment, and support inventory counts on site. The role requires attention to expiration dates, accurate data entry, and teamwork in a busy health system environment.

The position emphasizes safe handling of equipment and gases, regular replenishment, and collaboration with the supervisor to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• College experience is preferred.
• Experience with inventory management is desirable.
• Data entry proficiency is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory and orderliness of medical supply stock locations.
• Ensures stock is within expiration dates and monitors usage rates.
• Replenishes and rotates stock at perpetual locations.
• Delivers and transports equipment, supplies, and mail as needed.
• Participates in cycle counts and inventories.
• Prepares and handles moveable medical equipment and carts as required.
• Transports medical gases safely between storage locations.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
