Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in inventory leadership, proficiency with NAV/Ceres or similar ERP, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of progressive inventory management leadership experience.
• Experience administering inventory management systems and conducting audits.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and inventory reporting tools.
• Knowledge of NAV, Ceres, or related ERP systems preferred.
• Nonprofit food banking or Feeding America network experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain inventory control programs to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Oversee cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation activities.
• Monitor transactions for proper receiving, transfers, and adjustments.
• Collaborate with departments to optimize inventory levels and service levels.
• Lead training and development for inventory staff and cross-functional teams.
