Mid-South Food Bank seeks an Inventory Control Manager to oversee accuracy and strategic management of inventory across all operations in Memphis. You will supervise cycle counts, reconciliation, and reporting while ensuring compliance with Feeding America standards and USDA requirements.

You will collaborate with Finance, Food Resource, Transportation, Warehouse Operations, and Agency Services to maximize product availability and maintain strong internal controls.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum three years of progressive inventory leadership experience in warehousing or logistics.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control programs ensuring accurate records and system integrity.
• Oversee cycle counts, audits, physical inventories, and reconciliation processes.
• Investigate variances and coordinate corrective actions with operations.
• Monitor transactions for proper receiving, transfers, adjustments, allocations, and distributions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership review.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among receiving, warehouse, transportation, finance, and agencies.
