Job summary

KLS Martin is seeking an Inventory Associate at our Corporate Office in Jacksonville, FL to resolve discrepancies, manage returns and loaners, and support field inventory activities. You will ensure accuracy and compliance across inventories, including consignment and field accounts.

You will work with Sales and internal teams, perform system transactions in SAP, and contribute to audits and documentation. Strong attention to detail and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
• Use of SAP and Salesforce preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily RGA processing with timely handling and documentation.
• Investigate return discrepancies and ensure accurate restocking.
• Manage outbound and inbound loaner inventory during deployment cycles.
• Audit consignment closures, sample inventory, and loaner returns.
• Execute SAP transactions including returns and inventory adjustments.
• Create and manage orders, return orders, audit files, and documentation.
• Monitor inventory availability and expiration dates, coordinating with Sales.
• Support field inventory processes and maintain compliant records.
