Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, data analytics, data science, computer science, supply chain, industrial engineering, math, stats, econ, or similar.
• Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes.
• Ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders to reach a conclusion.
• Knowledge of the decision-making process and related tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of DRP for distribution of inventory across plants or warehouses.
• Ability to plan and organize tasks and resources effectively.
• Knowledge of relationship management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates performance of inventory staff and participates in hiring and training.
• Analyzes inventory processes and develops methods to improve quality and efficiency.
• Plans and monitors each phase of the inventory process per ISO standards and company regulations.
• Coordinates with manufacturing, procurement, etc. to meet requirements.
• Manages day-to-day activities of inventory administration staff and develops associates.
• Reviews facility inventory performance and underperforming inventory.
• Sets facility availability targets.
• Forecasts network S&OP inventory and volumes.
• Supports facility engineering and improvement projects.
• Ensures network lead time accuracy and optimization opportunities.
• Manages Dealer Bargain List; Surplus Inventory Review & RCCA.
• Oversees scrap execution and SOX controls.
• Performs testing and system enhancements.
