Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions in El Dorado Hills, CA, seeks a Production Equipment Inventory Analyst to support multi-million-dollar inventory of parts and equipment. You will monitor stock, update systems, investigate discrepancies, and optimize reorder points while coordinating with Operations, Engineering and Finance, ensuring timely vendor payments and accurate reporting.

The role requires strong analytical skills, inventory management experience, and proficient Excel use; hours are 6:00 PM

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field preferred.
Two years analytical experience in manufacturing/production operations recommended.
Experience with inventory ordering/management is preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills; can interact at multiple levels.
Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, linking; charts/graphs) and familiarity with Word/Outlook.

Responsibilities

Monitor parts inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock for Edgewood facilities.
Update inventory databases to reflect receipts, cycle counts and transactions.
Investigate discrepancies and propose corrective actions to reduce variances.
Analyze optimal material levels and reorder points based on demand, cost, lead times.
Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Finance/Procurement and vendors.
Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
