Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions in El Dorado Hills, CA is seeking a Production Equipment Technician Supervisor to lead the Production Technical Support Department. You will ensure equipment runs at or above expectations and supervise the supporting team on preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with production equipment, and a track record of reducing downtime while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate or technical/trade school degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience operating and repairing production equipment.
• Experience with insertion and bindery equipment; electrical/electronic repair preferred.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a high-volume production environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and provide mechanical support to production mechanics.
• Monitor workflow and ensure timely equipment repairs.
• Manage parts inventory with vendor and cost details.
• Track preventive maintenance against schedules.
• Mentor and develop technicians; enforce safety and policies.
