Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Production Equipment Inventory Analyst in El Dorado Hills, CA to manage multi-million-dollar inventory. You’ll monitor stock, update MK/Oracle/Zycus/RPM systems, analyze usage, and report variances to control costs.

Role requires strong Excel, attention to detail, and collaboration with Operations, Engineering and Finance. Shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM; pay $22–$25/hr with a shift differential and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years analytical experience in manufacturing/operations preferred.
• Experience with inventory ordering/management preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
• Strong analytical skills and data presentation ability.
• Detail-oriented with ability to report critical information.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock.
• Update MK, RPM, Zycus and Oracle for receipts and cycle counts.
• Analyze material levels and determine reorder points and targets.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering and Finance teams.
• Assist with physical inventories and resolve discrepancies monthly.
• Prepare reports on inventory usage, turnover and valuation.
• Process and track vendor invoices for timely payment.
• Support vendor management and purchase requisitions.
• Move and consolidate materials to maintain organized inventory.
