Broadridge is seeking a Production Equipment Inventory Analyst in El Dorado Hills, CA to manage multi-million-dollar inventory. You’ll monitor stock, update MK/Oracle/Zycus/RPM systems, analyze usage, and report variances to control costs.

Role requires strong Excel, attention to detail, and collaboration with Operations, Engineering and Finance. Shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM; pay $22–$25/hr with a shift differential and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years analytical experience in manufacturing/operations preferred.

Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a Production Equipment Inventory Analyst to join our team in El Dorado Hills, CA. Under the general direction of the Supervisor of Production Equipment Technical Support, the Inventory Analyst is responsible for supporting the inventory management, analysis, budgeting, and cost monitoring/reporting associated with the Production Equipment Support team’s multi-million-dollar parts/equipment inventory. This includes ensuring that appropriate inventory levels are maintained, and reconciling inventory levels through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification and system reviews.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Production Maintenance/System Support parts inventory levels and place orders with various vendors as needed to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained to support our Edgewood facilities.
• Update department inventory databases (MK, RPM, Zycus, Oracle or other system) to account for new receipts, cycle count adjustments, and other transactions that impact inventory levels. Investigate discrepancies to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions to minimize variances.
• Analyze and make recommendations on proper material levels (including minimum, maximum, and target inventory levels as well as reorder points) based on demand/usage, unit costs, lead times, and other critical factors.
• Build strong working relations with Production Operations, Machine Shop, Engineering, and Finance/Procurement associates as well as vendors.
• Assist warehouse team in conducting physical inventories and cycle counts to validate inventory levels and ensure proper control is maintained over inventory. Research, report and resolve all discrepancies. Formally report on findings each month.
• Prepare various reports (e.g., inventory usage, turnover, valuation, expense reporting, cycle count variance trends, etc.) and ensure that they are completed accurately and on a timely basis.
• Process and track the status of vendor invoices to ensure correct billing and timely payment.
• Assist with vendor management, create purchase requisitions, receive inventory into our databases, ensure inventory accuracy, and follow up to ensure that all invoices are paid properly and on a timely basis. Track the status of outstanding parts orders by communicating proactively with vendors and provide updates on critical items to Technical Support and Production management.
• Move, load/unload, dump, restock, relocate and/or consolidate materials as required to maintain effective and organized inventory management/usage systems/processes.
• Perform other duties/responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Two years of analytical experience, preferably in a manufacturing, production operations, or transaction processing environment is preferred.
• Experience with inventory ordering/management is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with staff and management at multiple levels.
• Solid organizational skills. Must be able to effectively multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong PC skills including advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, file linking, charts/graphs, etc.), Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Strong analytical skills, including demonstrated ability to summarize and present data and recognize patterns/trends.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to effectively consolidate and report critical information to management.

Other Requirements

• Desire and ability to learn, including the ability to become proficient using various software applications, such as warehouse/inventory management applications (i.e. MK, Oracle, Zycus, RPM or other.).
• Ability to bend, stoop, stand, and lift boxes weighing up to 35 lbs.
• Flexibility to work overtime (nights, weekends, holidays) as required.
• Ability to push, pull or move heavy objects.

Shift: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

The compensation range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, plus a shift differential. Bonus eligible.
