Qualifications

• University degree in Supply Chain, Materials Management, or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of inventory analysis experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP preferred; ERP systems experience needed.
• Ability to work overtime with challenging deadlines and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of all material in assigned areas.
• Keep ERP material levels accurate to support production.
• Coordinate with multiple functions to avoid material shortages.
• Analyze material issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote ERP integrity and inventory accuracy in WIP areas.
• Communicate WIP status to peers; review cycle counts.
• Authorize inventory discrepancy adjustments.
• Support financial reports related to inventory.
