Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Inventory Analyst to monitor and analyze inventory levels and material movements within and outside the site. You will review cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and provide solutions to workcells to optimize flow and reduce waste.

The role involves analyzing performance metrics, supporting financial reports, and ensuring backflush integrity. The position requires strong PC skills, familiarity with Windows and Jabil software packages, and the ability to communicate

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory analysis and cycle counts in a manufacturing/assembly environment.
• Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling counts and discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current inventory levels and transactions for movements within site and to external sources.
• Review cycle counts and follow up on discrepancies; authorize adjustments.
• Monitor performance metrics like downtime, adjustments, and backflush integrity.
• Lead a team of Inventory Analysts and support financial reporting related to inventory.
