Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in material handling, inventory control, or manufacturing support.
• Experience working in ERP systems, SAP preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners for inventory transactions and tracking.
• Forklift and pallet jack operation experience; certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, and material traceability.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with inventory management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material movements across receiving, warehouse, stockroom, production, and shipping areas.
• Perform inventory transactions in ERP systems using RF scanners to maintain accuracy.
• Support production with material staging, replenishment, and return-to-stock activities.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve transaction errors.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliations to safeguard inventory integrity.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain organized bin storage and FIFO practices.
• Assist in training Material Handler I colleagues.
