• Exceptional analytical/retail math skills; ability to analyze retail business at a macro/micro level.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

• Flexibility to multi-task and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• 2-5+ years of prior planning and/or financial analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical business trends to understand business drivers and identify opportunities.
• Support hindsight and market preparation, collaborating with the Buying team.
• Participate in seasonal purchase budget process and develop financial plans.
• React to in-season trends with timely pricing and inventory recommendations.
• Support financial presentations to leadership.
• Manage aging inventory and recommend markdowns.
• Produce weekly product reporting for the team.
• Run ad-hoc analysis for clear conclusions.
