Kate Spade New York is seeking an Associate, Planner to drive sales, margin, and inventory productivity through strategic financial planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. This role partners closely with Buying and Allocation to develop and execute plans that optimize performance across channels.

The successful candidate will leverage store planning & allocation expertise to analyze trends, prepare pre-season strategies, and contribute to in-season decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-5+ years of planning and/or financial analysis experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Analyze historical trends to understand drivers, identify opportunities and risks with stakeholders.
• Support pre-season planning with Buying on key strategies.
• Develop category and channel sales, margin and inventory plans in line with business strategies.
• React to in-season trends with pricing, markdowns, and flow adjustments.
• Present financial plans, forecasts, and recaps to leadership.
• Monitor aging inventory and advise on markdowns and promotions.
• Manage weekly product reporting package for cross-functional teams.
• Run ad-hoc analyses to deliver actionable next steps.
