Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year healthcare ops mgmt experience, or 5 years in Health/Business Admin.
• Expertise in revenue cycle management, medical billing, coding, and EHR optimization.
• Prior supervisory experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, CureMD) and MS Office.
