Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 1 year supervisory experience in healthcare program preferred; OR
• 2 years in hospital business office with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises initiation of billing, posting of daily charges and adjustments to outpatient accounts.
• Supervises preparation of daily bank deposits and daily income register; accounts for clinic cash receipts.
• Maintains clinic records and office expenditures.
• Coordinates activities within the clinic and hospital departments.
• Selects, trains, evaluates, and disciplines clinic employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
