Toll Group seeks a Project Business Development Senior Manager to identify and convert high-value project logistics opportunities across the U.S. market.

This role focuses on heavy lift, OOG, breakbulk, and turnkey solutions, partnering with clients and EPCs in energy, construction, and infrastructure sectors. The position requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication, and a strategic approach to cross-functional collaboration with operations, pricing, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in Sales/Business Development.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with Global Forwarding operations and market intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the U.S. project logistics market.
• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan focused on securing project logistics opportunities.
• Engage with clients, EPC contractors, and industrial stakeholders to tailor multimodal transport solutions.
• Lead RFQ/Tender responses and bids; travel as required.
