Qualifications

• 6+ years in professional event management.
• Experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Translate business objectives into event strategies and plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of major internal events.
• Partner with stakeholders to define goals and align priorities.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and governance.
• Manage venues, logistics, travel, catering, AV, registrations, staffing, vendors, and onsite operations.
• Create post-event evaluations and actionable recommendations.
• Drive process improvements and adopt AI to increase efficiency.
