• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Public Relations preferred.
• Advanced skills in content writing with ability to translate complex business subjects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with timely responsiveness.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task.
• Expert-level mastery of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Digital Channels: Execute social media strategy and support website content updates.
• Employee Communications: Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications across channels.
• Coordinate communication needs with HR, Talent Acquisition, and leadership.
• Support events, campaigns, and employee recognition program administration.
• Ensure messaging consistency and timely delivery across channels.
• Monitor engagement and refine stakeholder communications for clarity and brand alignment.
• Company Intranet: Draft and publish intranet content; track engagement and report insights.
