Job summary

The role covers digital channels, employee communications, and company intranet content, ensuring timely, accurate messaging across channels and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Public Relations preferred; related equivalent work experience considered.
• Advanced skills in content writing and translating complex business topics for broad audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; responsiveness to external entities is a priority.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities; capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; project management skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital channels including social media and web content according to a defined calendar.
• Collaborate with Marketing and stakeholders to update websites and ensure brand alignment.
• Coordinate internal communications across email, intranet, and events to support organizational priorities.
• Support employee recognition programs and internal campaigns with timely messaging.
• Draft and refine stakeholder communications to maintain brand voice and clarity.
• Monitor engagement across channels and report on performance to drive improvements.
