Qualifications

• 3+ years related work experience in Marketing, Web/Social media, or Communications.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Public Relations preferred; substitution possible.
• Advanced written content writing skills and ability to translate complex subjects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; timely responsiveness to external entities.

Responsibilities

• Digital Channels: execute social media strategy; support website management with content updates; monitor brand mentions and engagement; amplify internal initiatives externally.
• Employee Communications: draft/edit/distribute internal communications; coordinate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and leaders; manage events and recognition programs; ensure messaging consistency.
• Company Intranet: draft/edit intranet content; publish timely updates; track engagement metrics and provide reporting for improvements.
