Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, PR, multimedia design or related field.
• 5–7+ years in internal or corporate communications or related content roles.
• Portfolio showing video production, graphic design and storytelling.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience creating executive communications and employee-focused content.
• Strong writing and editing capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, SharePoint and intranet platforms.
• Strong photography and videography skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal communications through visual storytelling across intranet, email, digital signage, and live events.
• Translate complex initiatives into multimedia experiences for employees.
• Create content for newsletters, town halls and leadership communications.
• Capture analytics to measure communication effectiveness and engagement.
• Concept, script, shoot and edit internal video content; produce executive messages and culture stories.
• Develop motion graphics and short-form video content for digital channels.
• Design presentations, infographics, digital signage and branding materials.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to promote culture and values.
