Loma Linda University Health is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to support internal communications for healthcare and university programs. You will work with the Internal Communications Manager to ensure consistent messaging and branding across channels, script content for newsletters and intranet, and monitor digital channels.

• Minimum two years of experience in marketing, internal communication or public relations required.
• Experience in healthcare or higher education marketing or internal communications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide internal communication support for healthcare and university client programs.
• Strategize proper communication channels for client messages.
• Collaborate with Internal Communications Manager to ensure consistent messaging and branding across channels.
• Assist in scripting communications for newsletters, emails, intranet, and other channels.
• Monitor content on digital channels including screensavers, digital signage, intranet, etc.
• Partner with Marketing Account Executives on internal events and with Digital Experience team to improve employee experience on the intranet.
