Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise senior executives on communications gaps and opportunities; turn them into plans that keep employees informed, aligned, and engaged.
• Lead change communications for company-wide and cross-division initiatives so employees understand what is changing, why, and what it means for their work.
• Build a connected, unified culture across divisions, locations, and newly joined teams.
• Develop and lead internal leadership speaking programs (live, filmed, and other formats).
• Set communications strategy and standards so teams use the right tools and channels to reach their audience.
