MITRE seeks an HR Communications Principal to shape enterprise HR messaging, aligning people initiatives with MITRE’s mission and priorities. You will partner with CXA and HR leaders to craft executive communications, Talent branding, and change-management narratives across channels.

The role focuses on proactive, clear communications that strengthen the employee experience, leadership messaging, and trust in HR programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field; 10+ years in corporate or HR communications.
• Exceptional written and executive communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience advising senior executives in a large, matrixed organization.
• Strong strategic planning, project management, and organizational skills.
• Data-informed approach using analytics to guide decisions.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise HR communications strategy aligning with MITRE priorities and governance.
• Partner with CXA and HR executives to align messaging with priorities and change efforts.
• Shape leadership messaging during periods of change, ensuring cross-channel consistency.
• Develop campaigns for employee lifecycle communications and employer branding.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
