Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or related field.
• 6 years of directly related work experience with a bachelor’s degree (or 4 years with a master’s).
• Experience in health care or academic medical center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop strategies for internal communication channels (intranet, e-newsletters, digital displays, manager messaging, interpersonal interface).
• Collaborate with creative/digital teams to develop audience-centered content formats (video, storytelling, visuals).
• Partner with senior leadership, HR, and operations to plan and support enterprise communication needs.
• Provide strategic counsel to leaders on planning, timing and delivery of communications.
• Define and track metrics for reach, engagement, and comprehension; adjust strategies as needed.
