Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, HR, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years in internal or corporate communications.
• Proven ability to write, edit, and present clearly.
• Experience supporting executives and managing organizational communications.
• Knowledge of change management and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies aligned with firm priorities.
• Partner with leaders to craft executive communications and messaging.
• Create content for emails, intranet, town halls, videos, and campaigns.
• Lead communication planning for organizational changes and culture-building.
• Manage internal channels like SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Teams.
• Ensure consistent employee brand voice and visuals across communications.
• Track and optimize campaign performance.
