This role partners with leaders to craft executive messaging, create content for emails, intranet sites, town halls, and campaigns, and to lead communication planning for organizational changes and culture-building efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Human Resources, Journalism, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling and presentation skills.
• Experience supporting executive leaders and managing organizational communications.
• Strong understanding of change management and employee engagement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams and related technologies.
• Strong project management, organizational and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies aligned to firm priorities.
• Partner with leaders to craft executive communications and talking points.
• Create content for emails, intranet, town halls, videos, and campaigns.
• Lead planning and messaging for organizational changes and culture initiatives.
• Manage internal channels such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Teams.
• Ensure consistent employee brand voice and visual identity.
• Track effectiveness and drive continuous improvement of campaigns.
• Explore innovative tools and AI-powered platforms for communications.
