Ford Motor Company seeks a strategic Internal Audit leader to shape risk assessment, support the annual audit plan, and turn findings into enterprise-wide insights. You will oversee the dynamic audit universe and drive governance measures across the organization.

You'll engage senior leaders, manage multiple priorities, and leverage data analytics and AI-enabled tools to enhance operations. Hybrid role, onsite several days weekly, with travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Audit, Risk Management or Project Manager in a large industrial environment.
• Experience in internal audit, enterprise risk assessment or risk management.
• Experience developing an enterprise audit universe or risk-based audit plan.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information.
• Experience with data analytics, visualization, automation, or AI-enabled tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accountability and detail.
• Strong communication and relationships with senior stakeholders.
• CIA or IAP certification, or willingness to obtain within six months.
