Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Audit, Risk Management or Project Manager in a large industrial environment
• Experience in internal audit, enterprise risk assessment, risk management, or a related field.
• Experience developing or managing an enterprise audit universe or risk-based audit plan.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative information.
• Experience with data analytics, visualization, automation, or AI-enabled tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines; strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders.
• CIA or IAP certification, or willingness to obtain the required certification within six months of hire.

• Maintain a dynamic view of Ford’s audit universe and lead enterprise-wide risk assessment process.
• Develop a dynamic risk-based Audit Plan and governance/performance measures for disciplined execution.
• Translate audit findings into high-impact insights reporting for executive teams.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and dashboards covering risk assessment, audit plan, and findings.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders across Ford’s global operations.
