As a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the Audit Committee, you will drive innovation, data‑driven insights, and cross‑functional partnerships, modernizing the audit program while upholding independence and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field with 6 years internal audit or public accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years internal audit or public accounting experience or 10 years of audit experience.
• Property & Casualty or Excess & Surplus insurance industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads development of the internal audit strategy aligned to priorities and risk.
• Designs and governs third‑party audit delivery models for quality and efficiency.
• Oversees audit activities by external partners and aligns with standards.
• Acts as primary liaison to the Audit Committee, including planning and reporting.
• Maintains risk‑based audit plan and end‑to‑end audit lifecycle.
