Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in public administration, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in research, fiscal analysis and policy development for human services.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities for reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Work with state agencies to strengthen cross-system collaboration and implement integrated service policies.
• Develop and manage multiple projects, research and write reports for policymakers.
• Represent departments in relations with state, local, public, and media officials.
• Coordinate and supervise project development and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Oversee vendor management and contract compliance across Medicaid and managed care programs.
