Qualifications

• Master's degree required in PM, public admin, health admin, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible PM experience with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage master implementation schedule and workplan; track deadlines and dependencies.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams; provide status updates and risk mitigation.
• Support procurement planning, RFI/RFP prep, and vendor coordination.
• Engage with state agencies, providers, and partners to align on priorities.
