SystemDomain Inc. is seeking a Program Manager II to support statewide procurement initiatives, including RFPs and RFIs. The role coordinates activities, schedules, meetings, and documentation from planning through contract execution, ensuring audit-ready records and timely deliverables.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple procurement projects, liaise with State Purchasing and leadership, and drive improvements to templates and workflows while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate procurement projects from planning through solicitation, evaluation, and contract execution.
  • Assist with developing scopes of work, deliverables, performance requirements, RFPs, RFIs, and related documents.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, procurement schedules, trackers, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with program staff, Management and Budget leadership, State Purchasing, and other stakeholders.
  • Schedule meetings and prepare agendas, presentations, background materials, and status reports.
  • Document meeting decisions and action items and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Coordinate stakeholder feedback, solicitation questions, and draft responses.
  • Support evaluation committees by organizing proposal materials, schedules, and required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate procurement and project records for reporting, transparency, and audit readiness.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and elevate issues when needed.
  • Assist with procurement requests, memoranda, approvals, and contract-related documentation.
  • Support improvements to procurement processes, templates, tracking tools, and workflows.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Location: 101 Friendship St - Fully Onsite- Rhode Island and Massachusette canddiates only Parking: Street parking available; garage/lot parking is also available for a fee.

Job Summary

The Management and Budget Department is seeking a Program Manager II to support statewide procurement projects, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs). This position will coordinate procurement activities, project schedules, meetings, documentation, and stakeholder communications from initial planning through contract execution.
