Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Intelligence Operations Program Manager based at the ADOC Training Center in Birmingham, AL. The role oversees intelligence support operations and supervises contract personnel to ensure effective service delivery for ADOC.

You will manage day-to-day activities, develop reports and dashboards, and coordinate with the Forensics Laboratory and ITS teams to drive continuous improvement and training for staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, IT, Cybersecurity, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience managing intelligence, investigations, corrections, law enforcement, cybersecurity, or technical operations programs.
• Demonstrated supervisory and personnel management experience.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills.
• Experience developing and delivering professional training programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise all supplier-provided personnel assigned to the intelligence operations program.
• Lead recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and performance management for contract personnel.
• Coordinate corrective actions with ADOC leadership.
• Ensure personnel adhere to security policies and standards.
• Manage day-to-day intelligence support functions and objectives.
• Coordinate with ADOC to maintain shared control of the Forensics Laboratory.
• Monitor intelligence activities and ensure procedures and best practices.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly intelligence reports.
• Develop executive-level reporting metrics and dashboards.
• Provide advanced training on ITS and related technologies.
• Coordinate laboratory updates and technology deployments.
• Support forensic processes, tools and workflows.
