Job summary

Akima Mission Optimization (AMO), an Akima company, seeks a senior intelligence operations trainer to lead education efforts for a DoD customer. You'll develop training, deliver curricula, and support data-centric intel integration on-site at Fort Belvoir, VA.

Requirements include Active TS/SCI with CI Poly, 12+ years in intelligence, and prior leadership of teams. Strong collaboration with internal data teams and partner agencies is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility; CI Polygraph required for consideration.
• Experience in DoD/IC intelligence disciplines highly desirable.
• Ability to develop and review analytic products and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Leads intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination.
• Delivers professional briefings to diverse audiences and partners.
• Drafts and maintains SOPs and reports with clear text and graphics.
• Assesses analytic products for rigor and cogent conclusions.
