Job summary

Akima Mission Optimization (AMO) is seeking experienced personnel to develop and deliver intelligence training materials, curricula, and briefings for a DoD customer. You will review policies, maintain training records, and collaborate with the Data Integration Team Lead to ensure access to critical data and tools.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly eligibility and senior experience in intelligence disciplines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a field related to intelligence or labor category, or Bachelor's plus 5 years of senior experience as a substitute.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree with substantial intelligence discipline experience.
• Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility and ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, and delivers training material to drive intelligence goals and standards.
• Provides lesson plans, curricula, and training material supporting educational goals.
• Reviews policy and doctrine; incorporates feedback into training products.
• Maintains training records and tracking systems as required.
• Collaborates with Data Integration Team Lead on system availability and data access.
