TKC Holdings, Inc. through ICS, is seeking an Intelligence Operations Program Manager based in Birmingham, AL. You will oversee intelligence support operations, supervise contract staff, and manage intelligence technology services for the Alabama Department of Corrections.

The role collaborates with the ADOC Intelligence Director, drives reporting, training, and continuous improvement of intelligence capabilities, and supports forensics and technology services across the program.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and experience managing intelligence or related programs.
• Demonstrated supervisory and personnel management experience.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills.
• Experience developing and delivering professional training programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of all supplier-provided personnel on the intelligence operations program.
• Coordinate recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance management for contract personnel.
• Develop and deliver weekly and monthly intelligence reports and dashboards.
• Oversee training programs and ensure compliance with security requirements.
