Job summary

FINRA's Strategic Intelligence group is seeking a Senior Principal Intelligence Specialist to drive initiatives and translate market signals into actionable regulatory insights. You will collaborate across FINRA, engage member firms, and partner with law enforcement to deliver intelligence products protecting investors and market integrity.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end intelligence work, develop frameworks, and represent FINRA externally through panels and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Advanced expertise across the full intelligence cycle: collection, analysis, processing, dissemination.
• Highly advanced written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive intelligence initiatives with subject matter experts to identify emerging threats.
• Lead end-to-end intelligence work; collect, analyze, process, and disseminate.
• Produce high-quality intelligence products for senior leadership and external partners.
• Build and manage internal/external partner networks including law enforcement and firms.
• Develop and refine intelligence frameworks and standards; champion improvements.
