LillyDirect seeks a Senior Director of Competitive Intelligence & Strategy to partner with the CFO and leadership team, delivering competitive insights and strategic recommendations to drive LillyDirect’s growth. The role reports to the CFO of LillyDirect.

You will oversee competitive intelligence, market monitoring, and the execution of strategic plans, while evaluating partnerships and potential acquisitions to expand market reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in evaluating external market dynamics, strategy consulting, or competitive intelligence.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor industry trends in digital health, direct-to-consumer healthcare, and health-tech business models to identify opportunities and risks.
• Translate competitive insights into strategic recommendations for LillyDirect leadership.
• Engage with external industry groups to benchmark best practices and propose implementation plans.
• Lead the annual Strategic Plan exercise for LillyDirect.
• Evaluate partnerships across healthcare ecosystem including pharmacy, telehealth, health systems, payers, and technology providers.
• Assess potential acquisitions to enhance speed, capabilities, and geographic reach.
