Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
• 3+ years in Life & Annuity competitive intelligence, market research or pricing.
• Strong knowledge of annuity and life insurance products and market dynamics.
• Advanced research, analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word; SharePoint a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor competitor activity in life insurance and annuity markets.
• Collaborate with Product, Pricing, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Leadership.
• Research carriers, products, distribution models and market strategies.
• Track industry trends, sales results and market share changes.
• Create competitive intelligence materials: profiles, battlecards, flyers.
• Review filings, rate sheets, and regulatory submissions; translate insights.
• Support sales efforts with competitive intelligence.
• Create comparison tools to differentiate company solutions.
• Deliver recurring market updates and insights to leaders.
• Leverage AI tools to improve research and productivity.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting.
• Maintain intelligence repositories.
